Not many people knows these exist. COCA COLA VENDO DECAPPER, the electronic coin cooler that pours bottled coca-cola into a cup. Only 10 are produced and only 3 survived. Now one of these 3 are owned by the museum for the whole story and demonstration visit us when we open soon. Our shipping company delivered it on my birthday so they wrapped it as a present, very nice gesture.....thnx

Another stunning restoration job from Brad. He just finished restoration of the first of our two SEGA SHERIFF EM games. Never saw this game anywhere else so supposed as extremely rare.

The main theme in the Museum is that our items must have a coin-entry. An exception is made for our Hupfeld Violano, excellent restored by Jens Wendel from the museum in Rudesheim.

One of my favourite brands is SEGA, especially the EM games. The museum has the first EM game from SEGA called the “Periscope” which is pretty rare. Just as rare is the last EM game called “ the Helishooter”, our guys did finish the repair of this game today and it is working like a charm now. Very funny to watch is the technic they used for gameplay and effects, enjoy this video.

The new Dialed In pinball from Jack Jersey arrived in the museum. Very fun game with a lot of new options, I even understand you can interact with your own phone.

Since a year Wim is working in the Museum.First he serviced the almost hundred pinballs we own and now he started to restore the Sega R360 video games we have. From the 5 machines we own we can put probably 3 of them in working order. Here a video of his first test ride. I don’t know or it is due the monitor now and then goes black (already solved) or that he can’t fly but wow what a bumpy ride!

Very productive day today. First badge of showcases installed today. Here a picture of a part of our “Baranger Basement” . These are moving shop-displays rented to jewel stores until the 70’s

Beside Mike we are lucky to have Brad restoring projects for us. This one is called “The Gunslinger” from year 1983. It’s a manakin game, the player has to draw and shoot a gun before the cowboy hits you. This machine runs 100% off digital tones from tracks 3 and 4 of the tape. The talking and draw is on track 1 and the hits or misses is on track 2. Without a good tape and player the IC computer chips will not work. This was his biggest problem he had trying to get the game to work without a service manual and board diagrams. Every board had bad parts and it’s a very complicated designed machine. He found a second machine which we could buy. He copied the working tape and now it’s playing like a charm. Brad wants to transform the second machine in a “Calamity Jane” version which as far as we know never has been found and only known from flyers. If you have this version or any info about it, please contact us?

Not many people have the skills to do restorations for the museum. Mike is one of the few who can. Here a short video from his work he did for us on the Bally Magic-Ball from year 1938. Great job Mike, thank you so much!

The Museum also owns a large collection of moving shop displays. Mainly Barangers which are mechanical animated store-window shop displays rented to jewellers. There was no television in those days so imagine the attraction these motions caused in the window and not only on childeren....... We pay more as fair prices for motions we still don't have and top dollar for the motion called "The Artist". Notice the red box in the video. These were used to ship the motion from customer to customer. So pickers out there if you see such boxes look or the motion is still in it and even a empty box should be been saved.
